I also recommend that you get or build a replacement cursor from a small piece of plexiglass. At the rear user end of the triangulation arm is a new calibration eccentric that allows perfecting the alignment of the EB-3's fence to your miter slots. The accuracy is dead-on, repeatable and rock solid at any setting, just like the EB All parts are either aluminum or steel. We can often get things shipped to our door cheaply and quickly for the same price a guy in the city might pay for gas running around to collect the things he needs. No white knuckle driving or one finger salutes I recommend that you get a self-adhesive metal tape and stick it to the rails.

I've been at work all day but couldn't resist trying to get this thing at least to a point where I can test the theory. I did, but, and isn't there always a but, as I'm sure you can tell by my witty title here there are problems to solve and I have to admit I love solving a good problem. So here's what she looks like: This will not be the final setup: I plan to redesign the plywood part, lets call it the tee bracket, yeah that sounds good.
It works well but is poorly positioned and I think it can be more compact and if I get it right I would like to remove the front one completely.
I've got some scrap of this so will probably try a couple of different shapes before I settle on a good one. The securing points will also be countersunk and this quick mockup means the fence can only be used on the left without flipping the whole assembly. As part of that change the clamp will get moved, it's right in the way of loading the saw but I just wanted to see if it worked. It will also get a bigger handle! Here's what's works well: The profile itself is perfect I have no worries about it's suitability for this job.
The carts work great, no problems there. Just for notes, I've put 4 eccentric spacers on the front cart to enable mincro adjustments to square as necessary down the line with out having to detach anything.
I was shocked by his lack of anger. He then spoke, "Jake, I want you to do something for me. Her hand reached down and grabbed his cock, she squeezed it and began kissing even more passionately. I came. I love the excellent sexual te I welcome you, man.
He smiled, laughed, and said, "Don't let me interrupt you.
It is a superb fence. When I bought it, I was much more impressed with it over the Biesemeyer fence in both ease of movement, and rigidity against being bumped by a large panel. I recommend that you get a self-adhesive metal tape and stick it to the rails. These tapes are available from most woodworking mailorder houses and should read left to right.
I also recommend that you get or build a replacement cursor from a small piece of plexiglass. This fence is dead on parallel while being moved, and the cursor is how I set up everything. No measuring tapes here. A couple of thoughts: Make sure your side extension table is stable and square. I used double sheets of MDF laminated with formica. I choose MDF because it resists seasonal movement to which the fence is sensitive to.
The fence locks to the rails at both the front and back rails. Although this give me a solid lock, you must have a gap between the saw and the outfeed table. The Excalibur is not a T-square type fence. After setting up the fence, the lock pressure on the lever should be adjusted so that there is enough pressure to clamp the fence to the rails.
Over forcing and I mean a lot of pressure can distort the bearing plate attached to the lever over time. I keep my fence stored locked or unlocked, it does not make a difference. All parts are either aluminum or steel. I lubricated the bearings for the 1st time in 15 years. Some light oil is all that is needed and some beeswax between the plate and cam lever also.
It has T-slots along the top of the fence to attach hold down devices like Shophelpers. I think it's a pretty good fence. I'm not sure why it never became as popular as the Excalibur sliding tables or overarm blade guards. Below is pic of it.
An update this morning from Seattle Police , one day after a year-old boy was stabbed to death at Westcrest Park. Detectives now believe robbery was the motive for the killing. He was rushed to Harborview Medical Center, where he died. Thanks to the community member who sent this link for a just-established crowdfunding page for the family , on which the victim is identified as Derek Juarez-Lopez.
His family has spoken with The Seattle Times ; their story says he was an incoming Chief Sealth International High School sophomore, something we had been trying to get the district to confirm, while also asking if a letter would be sent to families.
There comes a time in the life of every community that events happen that are difficult, painful and outside the scope of our everyday activities in school. It saddens me to start the school year with the news that one of our incoming sophomores died unexpectedly yesterday.
I have been in touch with the family to offer support and let them know the school community is thinking of them as they grieve the tragic loss of their son. Yesterday, you may have heard about a stabbing in West Seattle. We were notified yesterday afternoon that one of our students, Derek Juarez Lopez, was the victim. Derek was going to be a 10th grader this year.
They also let us know that he was particularly excited about starting the new school year at Chief Sealth and they gave permission to disclose his name so we could be the ones who informed our students and his friends. Because this happened just yesterday, we all have more questions than answers. We are in close contact with the Seattle Police Department to ensure that we are aware of any new information. At this time, there are no known suspects. As we learn more we will share this information with our students.
